Using the software

LinguaPilot AI is proprietary Windows software. Subject to the license obtained at download or purchase, you may install and use it for its intended purpose. The software and its content are not transferred to the public domain by downloading them. Applicable law may grant additional rights that these terms do not limit.

Trial and paid license

The LinguaPilot AI writing application offers a 14-day trial and a paid one-time license. A paid LinguaPilot AI license includes future software updates when they are released. This does not guarantee a particular update schedule or include paid third-party cloud API usage. Your order confirmation and licensing information determine the entitlement associated with your purchase.

Free Pronunciation Coach

Pronunciation Coach is currently offered free of charge for Windows. It is intended for self-directed language practice, not a certified language examination or professional pronunciation assessment.

Local and third-party services

The writing application can use locally installed Ollama models or optional third-party AI services. You are responsible for any separate account, API access or usage fees charged by a cloud provider you choose. Third-party service availability, terms and results are outside LinguaPilot AI’s control.

Software results and limitations

LinguaPilot AI provides automated writing suggestions and language-learning feedback. Results may vary depending on the selected model, device configuration and input. Suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your context, so please review them before applying or relying on them. The software is a writing and learning aid, not a substitute for qualified professional advice. Pronunciation Coach is intended for personal practice and does not provide certified language assessment.

Please use the software in accordance with applicable law and the rights of others.

Availability and updates

Software performance and compatibility can vary with Windows versions, hardware, installed AI models and third-party changes. We do not guarantee that the software or optional third-party services will operate without interruption or error in every environment. Future software updates are included with purchased licenses when released, without a guaranteed release schedule. This does not affect any non-excludable consumer rights or legal remedies.

License keys and distribution

A license key is intended for use by its authorized purchaser within the activation terms associated with the purchase. Please do not publish, share, resell or redistribute license keys or proprietary software files without permission. These terms do not restrict rights that applicable law gives you.

Privacy and information

Local and optional cloud processing have different privacy implications. Please consult our Privacy Policy before submitting personal or confidential content, especially when using a third-party AI provider.

Purchases and customer rights

Orders through Lemon Squeezy are subject to its buyer terms at checkout. Its role as merchant of record covers transaction processing. For purchase issues, see our Refunds & Purchase Support page. Nothing on this page is intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
