Scope and contact

This notice describes the LinguaPilot AI website and the LinguaPilot AI writing and pronunciation tools. For questions about your information, contact contact@getlinguapilot.com.

Information you choose to share

If you email us for support, we receive the information in your message and any attachments you choose to send. Please do not send passwords, private API keys, complete payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive text.

We use support messages to respond to requests and address product issues, retaining them only as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable obligations.

Local and cloud writing features

With a locally hosted Ollama model, selected writing can be processed on your computer rather than sent to a cloud AI provider. Installing Ollama, downloading models, checking for updates and visiting online services can require internet access.

If you choose a cloud AI provider, the text you submit is processed through that provider under its own terms and privacy practices. Consult the provider’s privacy information before submitting confidential text. LinguaPilot AI does not require a website account to use its writing application.

Pronunciation Coach

Pronunciation Coach supports local playback, microphone recording and speech analysis on Windows. Its core practice workflow can operate offline after installation. Recordings and results are handled on your device as part of the workflow; any recordings you choose to export or retain remain under your control. Your device permissions and local storage settings also apply.

Website hosting and external resources

As with most websites, your browser sends connection information (such as IP address, browser details and request time) to the services delivering the website. Hosting infrastructure may process technical logs to provide and protect the site.

This website may load fonts from Google Fonts and offers purchase/download links through Lemon Squeezy. The Pronunciation Coach page also loads Lemon Squeezy’s checkout integration. These third parties may process information according to their own policies. This notice does not claim that every external resource is processed solely on your device.

Orders and payments

Purchases and some downloads are delivered through Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for transactions completed through its checkout. Lemon Squeezy handles the checkout, payment details and transaction records under its own terms and privacy policy. LinguaPilot AI may receive order information needed for licensing and support; please do not email us full card numbers.

Your choices and questions

You may choose local instead of cloud writing where supported, control microphone access through Windows, and contact contact@getlinguapilot.com to ask about support information you have provided or to request its correction or deletion, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Third-party services have their own data controls; please contact those services directly for requests concerning information they hold.
